The pilot project is supported by the State Vision and Strategy for a Healthy North Dakota. The HKHW Toolkit lists community business names and locations, personal contact names and numbers at the business, a brief paragraph as to what the service/program offers, expected outcomes if the family utilizes the service/program, times of operation, and costs for using the service/program.
