State Employees
The North Dakota Public Employees Retirement System (NDPERS) has been involved in promoting wellness since 1994. A new NDPERS initiative recognizes agencies participating in a formal wellness program with a 1% wellness discount in health insurance premiums. Well employees have a higher quality of life, are more productive and save the state medical expenses.
